Beyond The Pips ships to most countries worldwide. All orders placed by 9pm ET on Fridays will be processed and shipped the next day on Saturday. We are a small shop and occasionally we will be able to process orders more often than once a week, but that is our general policy. We usually ship with the cheapest USPS commercial rates and try to ship priority mail whenever possible to be delivered in 1 to 3 business days. However, we will ship with USPS parcel select or UPS if those are more cost effective based on your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We cannot guarantee timing of delivery once items have shipped, especially during postal service delay times such as around holidays. International orders usually take 1-4 weeks depending on the country we are shipping to.
All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. These rates are shown at checkout. In general, shipping is slightly cheaper to the eastern half of the US than the western half since we are located on the east coast. You will save more on shipping by purchasing multiple items and combining shipping. Please see the table below for approximate estimates based on orders.

Board Games, Trading Card Games, and Living Card Games
For shipments including board games, trading card games, and living card games, the price will vary depending on the items ordered and size/weight of the boxes. Shipping larger items has become expensive for everyone and we want to offer you the best prices possible. We cap shipping costs at $25 no matter how much you order and the rest comes out of our pockets. Individual and multiple smaller games will be less expensive.
All custom creations will need specific quotes for shipping if they are custom ordered. For items listed in the shop, shipping will vary depending on the item and will show in the checkout.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Prices for international shipping can be quite expensive and rates are sometimes volatile but we will usually ship with preferred rates through USPS. We will always try to find the best price and we try to update our shipping rates every few months with our best possible pricing. The rate you see at checkout based on your country is likely the best rate we can offer. Additionally, we are able to offer specific special discounted rates to Canada for orders of 12 decks or less. Note that if you are purchasing large box board games internationally, we may be able to subsidize the costs of shipping, but international rates for large boxes can change frequently. We try to update our pricing often but our best international pricing is for smaller boxes. In rare instances if shipping skyrockets, we may need to refund your order or send you a custom quote for shipping, but we try to avoid that and give you the up front cost whenever possible.
If rates seem high in the checkout for international orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an up to date shipping quote and we can do a custom order outside of the shop checkout page if the rate comes out to a lower price.
Your international order may be subject to additional charges, import duties and taxes or fees (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beyond The Pips is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you are concerned about these charges you may want to contact your local customs office.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for the full details on returns. In general, we accept returnable items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We are not a massive warehouse who is trying to pack and churn things out as quickly as possible with people who don’t care about your order. We pack your orders very carefully ourselves and our goal is to never have anything arrive damaged with the way it is packed. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
